Good Governanace

By and large, the moral values and ethical principles govern the society. Its not or rather confined to a specific issue. The need is to improve the society and its values and we are part of the system. The best way to stop corruption is that people should be educated that they should not, on principle,indulge or rather encourage the system. The vigilance wing needs to be strengthened and people found to be correct need to be punished which can send proper message to the society. Improving departmental policies, infrastructure, increasing the reward money etc.etc are just to side-trace the issue.The entire mechanism needs to be strengthened and over and above this, it is the people and society which should be told not to involve and encourage the corruption but to face the reality if they really commit a mistake.
