Decongesting Delhi

Unless the encroachments are removed from City Roads, Public transport is augmented road design parameters are followed nothing is going to work. The DDA, MUD constructs buildings first and then starts looking at Roads and drainage system. World over the roads are planned with at-least 50 years projections in mind and first drainage system is laid. In India its other way round. Planning is always at its Worst and so are the Committees. Why did you create DDA?
